The FTC Leadership, Goals and Strategy Class provides a deep-dive into the key topics related to leading teams through a competitive season – Students will learn to plan for, manage, and execute robotics initiatives using effective strategy, goal setting, and team leadership principles.

This is a series of 3 scheduled classes that build on each other and that run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Mondays (7/13, 7/20, 7/26).

Topics Include: Goals, Objectives, and the Cost of Overreaching, Basics of Strategy & The Season Schedule, Principles of Effective Leadership, Hypothetical Challenge Introduction, Rules, and Questions, Analysis & Critique for Game Strategy, Leadership Decisions in Strategy

Note: this class is for experienced FTC participants seeking to expand their leadership role and abilities.  It is not appropriate for rookie team members who would be better served by our FTC Bootcamp experience.

This is the registration for a single seat for the 2026 BrainSTEM FTC Leadership, Goals and Strategy Class.

This is a series of 3 scheduled classes that build on each other and that run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday evenings (7/13, 7/20 and 7/26)

Individuals signing up will be able to participate in this intense experience exploring Team Leaders, Goal setting and Competitive Strategy.

Please Note:  this purchase is for a summer class – it is not a BrainSTEM team membership.

The camp will be held at BrainSTEM HQ at 300 Allegheny Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086 and run from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Mondays (7/13, 7/20, 7/26). The classes cover topics of great interest to experienced FTC teams and assumes some previous experience in FTC.  If you are interested in more of an introduction to FTC, then our FTC Bootcamp is a better choice..


The FTC Leadership, Goals and Strategy Class provides a deep-dive into the key topics related to leading teams through a competitive season.
