These terms explain how the 2026–2027 Western Pennsylvania FIRST LEGO League (PAFLL) BIOGLOW™ Founders Edition Challenge season pass and event registration work.
Season pass and payment
- The season pass is $325 per team.
- Payment may be made by credit card, PayPal, check, purchase order, Venmo, or Zelle using the instructions shown in the coach portal.
- A team may register for events while its payment is still being processed. School or organizational payment delays will not prevent event registration.
- Questions about payment corrections, duplicate charges, or refund eligibility should be sent to gwalton@pafll.com.
Teams, coaches, and divisions
- Each team may list up to three coaches. Coaches are responsible for keeping team names and coach contact information current.
- OPEN is the default division. Teams may actively choose SCHOLASTIC.
- A team’s division may be changed until 72 hours before an event. Division changes apply to that team’s participation and awards.
- Changes to a team’s name, division, coaches, or registrations may generate confirmation emails to all listed coaches.
Events, capacity, and cancellations
- Each event’s AM and PM sessions have their own capacity, shared across the OPEN and SCHOLASTIC divisions.
- Teams may change sessions or cancel through the coach portal until seven days before an event. Later cancellations must be reported to PAFLL and will be recorded as late cancellations.
- When a session is full, teams may join its waitlist. If space opens, the next team receives an email offer and has 24 hours to confirm before the offer moves to the next team.
- Dates, venues, session details, and other event information may change while the schedule is being finalized. PAFLL will post updates and notify affected coaches using the contact information on file.
Privacy and agreement
PAFLL uses team and coach information to administer the season, process payments, manage event capacity, and send operational notices. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.
By purchasing a season pass or registering a team for an event, the coach confirms that the information submitted is accurate and agrees to these operational terms.
