Events and live availability
Dates are confirmed unless marked tentative. Locations and details may be updated as plans are finalized. PM registration opens only after the AM session reaches its event-specific threshold.
Division is automatic for regular events. Choose only the team and AM or PM session. The team’s current OPEN Division or SCHOLASTIC Division selection is applied automatically and follows any later change made in the Coach Dashboard. Championship registration is limited to teams in the matching Division.
Choosing an event
Educational Scrimmages
Lower-pressure practice events focused on learning, trying robot solutions, and receiving guidance. These events do not determine championship advancement.
Competitive Scrimmages
Tournament-style practice with structured robot rounds and judging experience. These scrimmages also do not determine championship advancement.
Registration opens September 1. Session changes close one week before an event; a team’s Division locks 72 hours before its registered event. PAFLL serves Challenge teams throughout Western Pennsylvania. Current venues are concentrated in the greater Pittsburgh area, and location updates are posted and emailed as soon as they are finalized.
