Program administration and fair competition
BrainSTEM Without Borders administers Western PA FIRST LEGO League and BrainSTEM Barn hosts several local events. Teams connected with a host organization compete under the same published rules as every other team. Judging and awards are determined by event judging teams using FIRST guidance; event assignments and conflicts are managed to protect fair, independent evaluation.
